• Online payment is by credit card only.
• Become a DA–Vic member today to receive additional discounts on DA–Vic products.
• If you are claiming an NDSS, DA–Vic, Safety Net, Health Care, Pensioner or Veterans Affairs concession, you will need your card details at the checkout.
• Postage charges:
  • Order value $0 to $50 - $7.50 postage
  • Order value $51 to $100 - $10.50 postage
  • Order value over $100 - $13.50 postage
  • Interstate orders - $15 postage
  • NDSS orders - free postage
  • Combined NDSS and DA–Vic orders - postage based on value of DA–Vic products as above
• Your order will be despatched within seven working days.
• Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
• If you wish to return a product please email orders@diabetesvic.org.au within seven days of receipt and include the following details:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Reason for return
